The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) just stopped over $11 million worth of cocaine from entering Canada at the Blue Water Bridge in Point Edward, Ontario. Two truck drivers got caught with the drugs and now face criminal charges.

On February 27, 2025, border officers found 86 kg of suspected cocaine (worth $2.3 million) in a truck coming from the US. The driver, 34-year-old Pawandeep Dhillon from Innisfil, Ontario, was arrested and charged with drug crimes.
